Social media for schools that parents trust.

Parents are choosing where their child will spend the next ten years. Your social media should answer one feeling: “my child will be safe, cared for and will grow here.”

Schools ask us

How often should a school post on Instagram?

For most schools, 3 reels and 3–4 posts a week with daily stories works well. In admission season, admissions content rises to about a third of the mix.

Can a school post photos of students?

Only with written parent consent. Without consent we use backs, hands, wide shots and staff-led content, and never write a child’s full name or class section.

Which platforms matter most for a school?

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile and the school website are core. YouTube and LinkedIn are added for campus tours and teacher hiring.

When should a school start its admissions campaign?

About two weeks before admissions open: a countdown, a principal’s message on opening day, then guidance posts and reminders until the last date.
