Google Business Profile is core: correct timings, answered questions, fresh photos and a steady flow of honest reviews from genuine patients — never paid, scripted or fake.

Compliance, built into every plan

Healthcare content has rules. Our planner enforces them.

  • No claims of a cure, guaranteed results, “best” or comparisons with other doctors or hospitals.
  • No patient identity, case photos, testimonials or before-and-after images without the patient's written consent (and a guardian's for minors).
  • No fake, paid or scripted reviews — we only ask genuine patients to share honest feedback.
  • No discount-, offer- or package-led medical promotion.
  • Qualifications, registrations and accreditations appear exactly as the client provides them — we never write them ourselves.
  • Medical facts come only from the doctor: Oryza drafts, the doctor approves before anything is published.
  • Anything about emergencies tells people to call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance) or go to the nearest emergency department.
  • No fear-based messaging — calm, practical information only.

Awareness days are taken from a fixed-date list. Days whose date changes each year (World Leprosy Day, World Kidney Day, World Glaucoma Week, World Asthma Day, World Sight Day) are verified yearly before we schedule them.

Hospitals ask us

Who writes the medical content?

Oryza drafts every post, reel and caption; the facts come from your doctors, and a doctor approves each medical item before it is published. Nothing medical goes out unapproved.

Can we show patients or share their stories?

Only with the patient's written consent (a guardian's for minors). Without consent the plan never schedules patient faces, names, case photos, testimonials or before-and-after images.

Can we promote health-check packages or discounts?

No. Our plans never use discount-, offer- or package-led medical promotion, and never claim cures, guaranteed results or “best” in the city. We focus on doctors, awareness, facilities and how to book.

How do you handle health camps and awareness days?

Each camp gets a registration post five days before, a countdown, live stories on the day, a highlights reel and a thank-you post. Awareness days come from a fixed-date list matched to your specialities.

Which platforms matter most for a hospital?

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, Google Business Profile and your website are core. Google Business Profile — correct timings, answered questions and honest reviews — is often where patients decide.
